Your clients can order in their client account
You can invite your clients to the client account. After registration, they can browse your products like a web shop and see the prices set for them. They put what they want in the basket, they select the delivery address and they order. The order comes to you as an order form, no special correspondence is required.
For settings, you can specify which category and the status of the order form and which warehouse to leave. You can then make a delivery note, a work order or an invoice as well as any other document.
You can create your own certificates.
Custom document types can include quotes, work orders, delivery notes and more. You can also add your name, even by language, and set up what to include: customer information, contact, service, core data, items, prices, deadline, payment method, order number, stock management or work hours.
The own type is equal to the installed ones: you can copy it, you can choose it when you merge and the status rules and stock management work in the same way.
Your partners' documents are also coming to Innonest.
When a partner who uses Innonest issues a document to you, it comes directly into the incoming documents. You can sign here and accept it, or by reason reject more than one document at a time.
A request for quote can become a quote with the requester’s details and items already filled in. You enter the price, and the signed offer is returned to the incoming documents of the requesting company.
Everyone can put together their own home page.
The Control Panel is free to put together: the financial trend, documents, tickets, tasks, calendar, unpaid accounts and projects will do what you need to do and you can arrange it by drawing. The home page will be saved as a user so that all colleagues can set up their own.
On the new Overview page, documents, attachments and comments related to a client, project, task, ticket, vehicle, device or property appear in one place.

How long can I try it for free?
14 days, no obligation, and at the end of probation, you decide whether to subscribe.
When do I get the new version?
New registrants start in the new version. In existing accounts there is a small window where the account holder can request conversion and the existing data will be transferred to the new version. All accounts will be transferred by January. After the transition, the old version cannot be converted back to the old version.
How can my clients order from the client account?
You send an invitation to your client who will sign up for Innonest, then you can give him a unique price and he can deliver his order within the system.
How many documents can I create?
The price offers, work orders, invoices and the number of other documents are not limited in any package.
Do I pay extra for team members?
No, there is no special fee per employee. Within the package (Go: 2, Pro: 10, Max: 50 employees), the monthly fee does not increase, however many colleagues work in the system.
What languages can the program be used in?
The interface is available in Hungarian, English, German, Slovak, Romanian, Serbian, Italian, Czech and Polish. Within a subscription each colleague can choose a language for himself.

Can I bring over my existing data?
Yes. With a common importer from Excel or CSV, you can bring customers (with addresses and contacts), products, services, tools, vehicles, bicycles and tangible assets. You can also take your clients from Billing.

Where are my data?
